Morgan
1) Morgan can be found in one of the houses within Draynor, talk to him and accept th quest to kill the Draynor vampire.
Dr Harlow
2) Head all the way to Varrock, and head all the way north to near the start of the wilderness (Not inside the wilderness), follow the path until you reach a big building, enter the building and find Dr Harlow, talk to him and you'll have to buy him a few beers and keep talking, he'll keep asking for beer so keep handing them over, ask about the vampire and you'll be given a stake.
Draynor manor
3) Head to Draynor manor, find the stairs to the east of the manor that go downstairs go down,
make sure your ready for combat, and have the stake and hammer in your inventory before doing the next section
Vampire slayer
4) Search the coffin and the vampire will attack, attack him until he is dead.
