Halgrive
He will tell you his worries about the plague. Tell him that you will herd the sheep to their death. You will then receive your protective clothing.
First sheep
Take the sheep one at a time (you need to herd only one of each coloured sheep). Wield your prod, and head towards the sheep just a little south of the barn. Use your prod on the sheep and try and prod it into the fence around the furnace, once in, close the gate and use the poisoned food you got earlier in the quest on the sheep, it'll die and now use its bones with the furnace.
Second sheep
The second sheep is located south easterly of the barn. Repeat the same thing for this sheep as you did for the first sheep.
Third sheep
The third sheep is located north-west of the barn. Do the same again....
Forth sheep
This sheep is located at the fishing guild, north of the barn. I am sure you know by now what to do!!! 
Halgrive
Once all sheep have been killed, head back to Halgrive and claim your reward.
